Ice Nine Kills Presents: Welcome to Horrorwood

The latest chapter in violence-themed storytelling of metalheads Ice Nine Kills wouldn’t end more brutally and sinisterly than their newest single, and video, Meat & Greet which is inspired by the Silence of The Lambs film. These shows were first broadcast at an event last week in Hollywood which was hosted by INK’s enigmatic leader Spencer Charnas and entertainment journalist Ryan J Downey and originated from The Montalban Theatre.

Charnas addressed the participants with batshit enthusiasm calling it a TASTEFUL end to the Horrorwood Saga and therefore, launching the Meat & Greet single where it was for the first time, combined with the feature of the complete Iron Nine Kills film. All eight of their official music videos were included in the latter, as well as the most recent one, The Silver Scream 2 Welcome to Horrorwood. It was the first time that they were presented purely as a movie and fans who came to the show or watched the stream had the opportunity to be the first to see how this epic saga came to a conclusion, with the final part of Meat & Greet.

As they complete the multi-year concept, Charnas remarked “We’re just to release the final music video. It was a two-year endeavor with eight music videos. We have now returned to WOW! Welcome To Horrorwood Part 2, with the concluding episode Meat & Greet. Let’s embark on the final journey of The Silver Scream as we perform the blood-soaked era of horror, at least for the time being.”

Fans can expect ‘Meat & Greet’, one of the tracks on the new CD, when the cd is finally released. That CD is called Welcome to Horror Wood, out on 20th October through Fearless Records. The CD includes the infamous ‘Horrorwood Story’ can be described as nothing less than ambitious and the most comprehensive CD from the band to date.
