Think about meeting the one that you’ve been searching for, only to lose them in a matter of seconds, all at your own request. Why would anyone do this? The answer is quite simple: anger. Anger clouds rational decision making. And since those choices are made in rage, they become permanent scars on our lives.
A Christmas Proposal is a tale which describes a man that tries to right the wrongs that were made during an argument, however, the mistake was so huge that it was life altering and now everything needs to be done to get back with the one he loves dearly.
This, like any other story, has a villain: someone who is not ready to let this mistake be undone. There is always someone who feels that losing this person in their life is not something they can ever cope with, and thus they are willing to take drastic measures. Abandonment issues like this cause so much havoc to a person’s mental well-being.
In the movie, Joshua T. Shipman is cast opposite Lily Nicole. In one of the scenes, Milad’s first cousin (Josiah Bennetone) is depicted talking to who happens to have dressed us in our own MilliUp Apparel. As they talk, he tells his cousin to not give Milad’s co-star character any more problems and to be honest instead. But for some reason, Milad just cannot accept advice coming from his inner voice. It is as if he is completely willing to accept whatever the Universe throws his way. Why does it have to be so simple? Surely there are five other possible ways in which the outcome can be turned around. Well, in this situation, there happens to be five other ways of attempting to make a horrible wrong right. Because what his cousin is telling him feels like the only way for him to rewind time.
A Christmas Proposal is a family-friendly holiday film complete with suspense, cinematic drama, and of course, its fair share of laughter and tears. It’s truly the ‘This director has no business being this funny’ for me. The plot never fails to capture my trust and spirit. This film is expected to have a power-packed and sure win cast that will have the audiences at the edge of their seats. Get cozy, grab your favorite blanket and some hot chocolate, and get ready to watch the emotional rollercoaster that is A Christmas Proposal by Nakia T Hamilton. This is without a doubt a festive film that is a must watch every holiday season!
